1. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after it is placed on our website. (Monday to Saturday)
2. We provide Free Shipping on all prepaid orders throughout India. For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), a shipping fee of INR 99 will apply, which is non-refundable.
3. Your order will arrive within 5-7 days from the date it is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your area’s pin code and region.

Return/Exchange
- We are happy to offer return/exchange on any unworn items except any sale item within 72 hours of delivery.
- An exchange/return fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.
- Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS (paid online on our website).
- For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 7-10 business days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address.
- In case of returns, a reverse pickup charge of ₹100 per product will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to your account in case of prepaid orders or via store credit for COD orders.
