You can cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has been dispatched. Once the parcel is on its way, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note that refunds will not be issued, as payment has not been made.
