Return/Exchange Policy

SALE:

All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Any such requests will not be considered and will be disregarded.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted on unworn items only (excluding sale items) within 72 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please visit the Return/Exchange Portal and fill out the form, or drop an email to support@tauxxic.com (Do mention your order ID).

Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Please make sure the product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed with the query.

A ₹100 return fee applies to cover logistics and handling. 

Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account or in the form of store credit in case of COD orders.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

It takes up to 24-48 working hours for the refund to be credited to the source account once we initiate it from our end.

For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 7-10 business days from the day of return pickup at your registered e-mail address/contact number. Store credit is valid for 50 days from the date of issuance. No action can be taken after 50 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are happy to offer exchanges on unworn items within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that no further actions will be taken beyond this timeframe.

To process your exchange, please visit the Return/Exchange Portal and fill out the form or drop an email on support@tauxxic.com. Kindly ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. 

There is a charge of ₹100 for exchanges. Since we rely on third-party delivery services, we incur charges for reverse pickups and deliveries. Therefore, we kindly ask customers to cover only the one-way shipping costs.

For exchanges, we will attempt to pick up the item twice. If the courier is unable to collect the package, you will need to return it to our company address. Reverse pickups are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.

Your exchanged product will be shipped as soon as we inspect the returned item, and the entire process usually takes about 7-9 days.  If items are returned damaged, or without tags and original packaging, an exchange will not be granted.

Exchanges are based on product availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will provide either store credit or a product exchange. Store credit is valid for 50 days.

Please note that we offer only one exchange per order, so make sure you select the correct size. Our team is here to assist you if needed.

If your area’s pin code falls under a non-serviceable zone for return pickup, we will notify you. In such cases, we expect you to send the item back via your local courier at no charge for the exchange process.

LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

For any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments, please contact us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at support@tauxxic.com. If your shipment is damaged or incomplete, kindly provide photos and videos of the packaging and items, along with a description of the issue. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our shipping facility. We will reach out to you once we receive the undelivered package. For prepaid orders, you will have the option for a reshipment or store credit, which is valid for 50 days.
